WEEKDAY SWIMS

  • One-hour Swim Smooth Workouts.

  • Come for a $5 swim to see how you like it. Click the Sign Up or the Contact Button to register.

  • Swimmers of all ages should have the ability and desire to swim 1500 - 3000 yards during the hour session.

  • All speeds are based on the individual and no advanced training is needed.

  • M/W sessions are Technique/Endurance and F sessions are Critical Swim Speed (CSS)/Distance Threshold Development. When available, the Mt. Hood Community College sessions are CSS and Red Mist (Endurance Threshold).

East side athletic club -Clackamas

  • Mondays are Technique/Endurance.

  • Fridays are Critical Swim Speed/Threshold Development .

  • $100 monthly rate includes both weekly sessions, pool entry and all club amenities post-swim. Prorated membership available in join month.
