One-hour Swim Smooth Technique/Endurance workouts.
Schedule options are 5 AM TUES or 10 AM WEDS
Pay just $4 pool fee for your first session, thereafter the swims are a monthly commitment at a rate of $10-15 sliding scale fee/session and include pool entry.
Cash/check collected by last session of the month, for the upcoming month or via Paypal in advance.

Signing the Get In & Swim LLC Medical Form and Waiver is required and gets you started.
Swimmers of all ages should have the ability and desire to swim 1500 - 3000 yards during our hour. All speeds based on the individual and no advanced training is needed.
M-W sessions will be Technique/Endurance and R-F sessions are Critical Swim Speed (CSS)/Distance Threshold. Together they make the perfect pair!
Includes closed Facebook Q/A groups for regular swimmers.
Suggested equipment of Non-fixed Proprioception Hand Paddles (Finis Agility/Freestyler/other) and a Finis Tempo Trainer. Try these tools out during your swim.

Schedule is 6 AM M/F
$95 monthly rate includes all sessions, pool entry and all club amenities post-swim. You will need your own FLOPPY FLOATING FINS and PULL BUOY for this facility. There is NO lifeguard on duty.
Prorated membership available in join month. Come for a swim to see how you like it.
RSVP by the week prior to the swim month you plan on attending. Pay in cash/check on the first swim of month OR pay in advance by the week prior via Paypal.
